In all three letters addressed to the country's president over the past three months, Joe Biden emphasized the decisive role of Azerbaijan in stabilizing security in the world, especially in Europe. Such views are constantly expressed at the highest international level. Undoubtedly, this is the result of the implementation of the security concept of President Ilham Aliyev with great foresight and wisdom," he added.
